For more than 60 years, our family has been grinding and roasting grain in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh — the belt where sattu isn't a trend, it's a way of life. What began as a trusted local chakki is today KumarJi, a modern brand carrying forward a heritage recipe.
Our Ballia sattu is made from premium roasted chana (Bengal gram), slow-processed the traditional Purvanchal way to keep its rich, nutty flavour and full nutrition intact. No additives. No shortcuts. Just pure sattu, the way Ballia has always made it.
